SureLine® HD ODOUR CONTROL COVERS

SureLine® HD panels are precision-engineered interlocking extrusion systems developed for flexible odour containment applications across industrial and municipal facilities throughout Asia. Each panel solution can be customised and manufactured to suit specific operational environments, infrastructure layouts, and project requirements. SureLine® HD systems can also be engineered to support operational loads, allowing secure personnel access where required. The system may additionally be configured as a non-trafficable odour containment solution designed to comply with applicable regional engineering and workplace safety standards.

The HD heavy-duty construction is specifically developed for demanding environments where covers are exposed to higher structural loads, harsh weather conditions, and varying site requirements. The robust design makes the system suitable for a wide range of industrial and environmental applications across treatment plants, utilities, and infrastructure projects. Integrated handrail systems can also be incorporated into the design and mounted directly onto the cover structure for improved operational safety and accessibility.

SureLine® HD odour control covers can be supplied with multiple access configurations, including inspection hatches, maintenance openings, and full-access hatches fitted with safety grating systems to support routine servicing and operational access requirements.

SureLine® HD panels are purpose-built to effectively contain odours and airborne gases while integrating seamlessly with odour treatment and scrubber systems that extract, process, and neutralise contaminated air within the enclosed environment.
