Uniform Load Data Tables
Comprehensive full-section 3-point bending evaluations were performed on Treadwell Reinforced Plastics’ H-Beams, I-Beams, C Sections, and Square Hollow Sections to assess structural performance under uniform loading conditions. The allowable uniform load tables have been developed using the recorded test data together with the engineering formulas, material properties, and design assumptions outlined below. The theoretical calculations for critical buckling and lateral-torsional buckling are referenced from Chapters 6 and 7 of the ASCE Structural Plastics Design Manual, supporting reliable structural design applications across commercial and industrial projects throughout Asia.
