EcoEX™ offers a specialised range of odour control stacks engineered to support the safe dispersion of low-level residual emissions. As the final stage in an air pollution management system, these stacks help reduce the environmental impact of remaining odours and airborne contaminants after the treatment process. Following gas scrubbing and filtration, EcoEX™ stacks assist in releasing cleaner air more effectively into the atmosphere.

Our FRP stacks are custom designed to match site airflow requirements, structural conditions, and surrounding building elevations. Depending on project specifications, stacks can be configured as free-standing units, building-mounted systems, or guy-supported structures. Optional diffuser systems can also be integrated to improve the final air dilution process. These diffusers utilise the momentum of the exhaust stream to draw in additional ambient air, increasing dispersion efficiency and lowering visible discharge effects. This process also helps minimise condensation plume formation for a cleaner visual appearance. Stack gas velocity is carefully engineered to reduce moisture carryover and limit external condensation release.
