SureLine® ODOUR CONTROL COVERS

SureLine® odour management covers are widely used across wastewater processing and sewage treatment facilities throughout Asia and other international markets.

This odour containment solution features a lightweight custom-extruded panel system designed with interlocking sections for secure installation and long-term reliability. Each system can be engineered, manufactured, and configured to meet specific project requirements. SureLine® panels can also be tailored into load-bearing platform systems, enabling safe operator access to covered treatment zones. Alternatively, the system may be supplied as a non-trafficable cover solution engineered to withstand regional wind conditions and operational access demands. Compared to the heavy-duty SureLine® HD system, SureLine® offers a lighter alternative that is particularly suitable for tanks and structures with shorter spans.

SureLine® odour control systems can be integrated with a variety of inspection openings, service hatches, and full-access entry points complete with safety grating options. Covers can be fabricated in modular sizes or full-span sections depending on operational and site-specific requirements. The system can also be designed with customised access points and extraction connections where needed.

SureLine® covers utilise sealed panel technology developed to effectively contain odours while supporting integrated air treatment systems. When combined with scrubber units, the enclosed gases can be safely extracted and treated to improve environmental performance and workplace conditions.
