With EX-Series® installation solutions, FRP gratings can be firmly secured to structural supports using multiple fixing methods suited to diverse industrial environments across Asia. Engineered for durability and long-term reliability, every installation system and grating clip is rigorously tested to perform under demanding operating conditions including high humidity, coastal exposure, chemical processing, and heavy industrial use. Pre-configured installation kits can also be supplied for faster and more efficient onsite setup when requested.

Our standard installation systems are manufactured using 316 grade stainless steel, with additional options including Super Duplex, 304 stainless steel, and other stainless steel grades available to match specific project requirements. Zinc-coated and galvanized steel alternatives are also offered for applications requiring cost-effective solutions. This versatility allows EX-Series® systems to suit a wide range of industries and environmental conditions throughout Asia. EX-Series® grating clips are available with standard top and underside fittings, including universal designs and specialized options compatible with various grating profiles, along with a proprietary fastening system developed for simplified installation and dependable performance in harsh operating environments.
